Customer: Exactly what can I do at the Warid Self-Care? 

Warid:  You can do the following with the Self-Care menu:

a) Inquiries: Check your Warid number, check your airtime balance, check what profile you are on and also be able to change it to any of our other profiles such as Per Second, Per Minute or Mega bonus, and finally you have also been enabled to change your profile language. To access the inquiry section of the menu dial *100*9# on your Warid Phone.

b) Service activations: This will give you the ability to activate Pakalast, Beera Ko (An airtime loan), Internet packages through PakaSURF, Swing2maBeat tunes, discounted SMS through PakaSMS, and also request someone to call you in case you are stranded with no airtime through Call Me.
