Voicemail is your mobile answering machine that automatically stores messages left by callers when you are not available or near your phone. If you miss a call, the caller will be forwarded to your personal voicemail where he or she will be able to leave you a message.
Set up your voicemail
Your WARID voicemail activation number is 121. To set this up, go to the call forward or call divert settings on your mobile phone, and select "forward to voicemail number" and then enter 121. For more information on how to set this up, please call our WARID toll free Customer Care helpline on 100, or 070 0100 100 from any other network in Uganda.
Access your voicemail
To access your voicemail account menu, please dial 123 and follow the
instructions
- When using your own phone number, you can directly retrieve your messages by dialling 123. If you have a voicemail message, you will receive an SMS notification. There is no charge for retrieving your messages if calling from your own number
- To retrieve voicemail messages or access your account from a number other than your own, please dial 070 0123 123 and follow the instructions. There is no charge for retrieving your messages from a WARID number.
